本機(jī)為八輥冷軋機(jī)，由壓下裝置、機(jī)架裝置、輥系部分、平衡裝置、主傳動(dòng)、萬(wàn)向軸托架、換輥裝置等組成。其主要功能是軋制帶材，滿足一定厚度。設(shè)備組成，由液壓漲縮放卷機(jī)、進(jìn)料工藝平臺(tái)、八輥軋機(jī)、支承輥液壓換輥裝置、出料工藝平臺(tái)、龍門架實(shí)心卷取機(jī)、普通液壓系統(tǒng)、AGC液壓系統(tǒng)、稀油站、油氣潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、工藝潤(rùn)滑站、電控、測(cè)厚儀、機(jī)組地腳螺栓等組成。
